The RF400-series spread spectrum radio modems support point-to-point and point-to-multipoint datalogger  communications. They can serve as a field modem/radio while connected to the datalogger or as a base station  modem/radio when connected to a computer. The RF400-series modems can also be used for general purpose wireless data communications.

Model COM300 Telephone Modem with Voice Synthesizer.

Campbell Scientific's COM300 voice-synthesizer modem provides a CR510, CR10(X), CR23X, or R5000 datalogger with speech capability, thus enabling the user to call the site for a spoken summary of real-time or historical data. The COM300 can also act as a standard modem, with data transmit rates up to 9,600 bps.

Model Tango Dual Band GSM/GPRS 900/1800 or 850/1900 modem.

The FALCOM TANGO is a Plug & Play Dual Band GSM/GPRS device with an integrated SIM card holder, an external antenna connector and standard connector interfaces, provide a quick and easy way to plug in GSM and GPRS functionality to systems and terminals. It can be directly connected via RS232 interface to the serial port of a Data logger or desktop or notebook computer. It supports SMS and Fax as well as voice calls. The TANGO can be easily controlled by using AT command for all kinds of operations. The  FALCOM TANGO -series GSM  modems support point-to-point and point-to-multipoint datalogger communications. They can serve as a field modem while connected to the datalogger or as a base station  modem when connected to a computer. The FALCOM TANGO can also be used for general purpose GSM data communications. TANGO supports GPRS Class B, class 2 (making download at speeds up to 28.8 kbps) as well as Class B, class 10 (making download at speeds up to 56 kbps).

Model COM210 Telephone Modem.

The COM210 modem enables communications between a computer and a Campbell Scientific datalogger over a public switched telephone network. A Hayes-compatible modem is required at the computer base station. The COM210 connects to the datalogger at the field site. The COM210's wide operating temperature range and low power requirements make it ideal for use at remote sites.
